2024 On View Residency,  Sulphur Studios Savannah Georgia,  with David Bobier ;  o'honey collective.
David and I were invited to the ON:View residency at Sulfur Studios in Savannah Georgia. It was a chance for the two of us to collaborate on two large vibrotactile pieces. The final two pieces were titled mappings/mapped. The works reflected our investigations into the history and soundscapes of the area.
Each of the canvases were created to encourage touch of the various materials and elements. Sound recordings were triggered by touching the "keyboard" columns that connected to transducers attached to the back of the canvas.

Leslie and David’s exhibition inspired by their time in Savannah can be enjoyed now until July 5th at at ARTS Southeast’s Sulfur Studios, 2301 Bull Street Savannah, GA, 31401. The project finale will be Friday, July 5th from 5 – 9PM in conjunction with First Fridays in Starland.
